Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States of America.

Do you auto-ship products or have subscriptions?

Yes we do! On each product page you will have the option to make your purchase recurring.

Are you sold in any retail stores?

Yes! You can find our products at Ethos MedSpa locations in Clayton and Chesterfield, Missouri.

Does the tinted SPF work for all skin tones?

Yes it does! Our tinted SPF blends and works for all skin types and tones.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once we create the label the tracking information is sent to you.

What products do you recommend to start with for dry skin?

For dry skin, we recommend the following: 

Your AM Routine: Soothing Daily Cleanser, CE Ferulic, DNA Repair Creme, and Universal Tinted SPF.

Your PM Routine: Gentle Foaming Cleanser OR Soothing Daily Cleanser, Kojic Pads, Growth Factor Serum, Rx Serum, and Intensive Restoring Moisturizer.

Your Weekly Products: AHA/BHA Exfoliator on Sundays & Warming Pumpkin Masque on Wednesdays for hydration and anti-aging.

What products do you recommend to start with for oily skin?

For oily skin, we recommend the following:

Your AM Routine: Enzyme Gel Cleanser OR Gentle Foaming Cleanser, CE F, Sheer Delicate Moisturizer, and Essential Mattifying SPF.

Your PM Routine: Enzyme Gel Cleanser OR Gentle Foaming Cleanser, Daily Exfoliating Pads, and DNA Repair Creme.

Your Weekly Routine: Weekly Exfoliating Pads on Sundays.

What products do you recommend to start with for acne-prone skin?

For acne-prone skin, we recommend the following:

Your AM Routine: Sal-C Gel Cleanser, Sheer Delicate Moisturizer, and Essential Daily SPF.

Your PM Routine: Gentle Foaming Cleanser, Kojic Pads OR Daily Exfoliating Pads, Sheer Delicate Moisturizer OR Recovery Cream, and Acne Spot Tx.

What is the shelf-life of products?

Our products have a shelf-life of 12 months.

When will my order ship?
